Colt Landreth has over thirty (30) years experience in the commercial and industrial real estate business.
Mr. Landreth is the President of Plaza Property Advisors, Inc. ('PPA') which is a Chicago-based real estate
advisory firm operating nationwide.
- A hallmark of PPA is the integration of real eatate finance and capital structure expertise with standard
corporate brokerage representation. A product of this integration is The Wholesale Build-To-Suit Technique
which we created in the mid 1980's and has been successfully deployed to the benefit of many corpoate clients.

Representative transactions include the financing, purchase and
sale of several industrial property portfolios; myriad corporate
property build-to-suits; the sale of institutional office buildings
and the financing of a major hotel.
|
- PPA is also specifically involved in due diligence for corporate acquisitions which includes sale/leasebacks
and recapitalization of real estate assets.
- PPA is also an industrial development and investment firm with projects in northern Illinois.
|
|
Representative transactions include the development of several
industrial parks and individual properties as well as several
office properties.
|
Mr. Landreth is also President of Plaza Press which publishes the autobiography of William Zeckendorf.
Mr. Landreth has served as an expert witness in the areas of land use and valuation for both financial and
municipal institutions.
